The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the application which he filed under Section 67 A on 12.5.2017 was not being decided.
It is, therefore, directed that the application which the petitioner had filed be decided by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Saidpur, Ghazipur, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
If the petitioner apprehends that there is any danger to his possession, he may move an application before the authority concerned.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
