This petition has been preferred by the petitioner aggrieved by non payment of his Provident Fund dues till date although he retired on 31 July 2005.
From the instructions provided to Sri Upadhyay the Court is apprised that formalities have been completed some time in November 2018. He further states that the second respondent shall ensure that all his subordinates complete the requisite formalities and amount of GPF dues released alongwith interest as payable in law to the petitioner within a month from today.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. This petition shall stand disposed of.
