Heard Shri Aditya Vir Singh Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has filed the abovenoted writ petition praying for his transfer from Bulandshahar to Gautam Budh Nagar on the ground that his wife is employed in Delhi and his parents are quite old, who are unable to move and are residing with his wife. His one year old daughter is also residing with his wife. It is difficult to travel to Bulandshahar from Delhi for attending his duties.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.1, Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad to take decision on the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner shall file a fresh representation annexing therewith the documents in support of his problems and the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks by the Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
