This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was working as a Beldar in the Nagar Nigam, Allahabad. He says that he has retired on 30.04.2018 and has made a representation with regard to his retiral benefits as well as other dues. The representation of the petitioner is dated 15.07.2018 and the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition is dated 19.07.2018.
This Court feels that no delay has been caused as all the Government Orders issued in this regard provided that retiral benefits of a superannuated employee may be given within a period of three months when all formalities required by the office concerned are completed. In this case it is not the contention of the petitioner that he has completed all formalities.
This writ petition is however, disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 (Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six months.
