The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sharki, Allahabad to decide Original Suit No.620 of 2015 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case it does not appear that the matter has been adjourned without any cause. In fact, on few dates matter had to be adjourned on account of lawyers' strike.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued to the court concerned.The petition is disposed off.
