JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
The present Criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 3.5.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court no. 7, Azamgarh, whereby the accused Satya Dev Singh, Ramugrah Singh and Dhirendra Singh alias Guddu Singh have been acquitted in S.T. No. 152 of 2008, under Sections 302/34 and 504 I.P.C. and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and accused Dhirendra Singh alias Guddu has also been acquitted in S.T. No. 153 of 2008, under Section 25/27 Arms Act.
Admit.
Summon the trial court record within six weeks.
List after for admission before appropriate Bench.
