JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petitioner happens to be the complainant of Case Crime No. C-2517 of 2009 under Sections 366-A, 376, 343 & 120-B IPC of Police Station Kotwali Nagar, district Sultanpur. He has approached this court with the prayer for getting the matter, which is being investigated by the police of police station Kotwali Nagar, district Sultanpur, transferred to some other police station.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has moved application before the Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur vide Annexures 3 and 4 to the writ petition, but to no avail. He prayed that the Superintendent of Police Sultanpur be directed to dispose of the applications of the petitioner at an early date.
Since the prayer made is innocuous, as such, with the consent of the parties, we finally dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur to dispose of the petitioner's applications (Annexures 3 and 4 to the petition) within three days from the date of receipt of this order with a speaking and detailed order.
