On 30.3.2007, this Court has passed interim order staying the further proceedings of complaint case No. 917 of 2006 under Sections 498-A, 342, 468 IPC, P.S. Jhunsi, District Allahabad pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Court No. IV, Allahabad till the next date of listing.
Although, the case was listed several times but the interim order was not extended on any date.
In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for the want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
