Heard Sri Ram Badan Maurya, learned counsel for applicants as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri to decide Case No. 576 of 2015 (State Vs. Ram Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 515 of 2010, under Sections 222(C), 223, 224 I.P.C. Police Station Bhogaon, District Mainpuri, within stipulated time period.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the case is pending since long and prosecution has failed to produce any witness. Learned counsel for the applicants further submitted that on account of delay tactics adopted by the informant, the case could not be proceeded.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicants, without commenting on merits of the case, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri is directed to decide the Case No. 576 of 2015 (State Vs. Ram Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 515 of 2010, under Sections 222(C), 223, 224 I.P.C., Police Station Bhogaon, District Mainpuri, expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of the order, unless there is any legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application is disposed of.
