Petitioner is a Pharmacist and is presently posted at Lodi, Sonebhadra. It is stated that petitioner's wife has died on 19.4.2017 and petitioner has three children, who are studying in school and college at Varanasi. An application has been moved by the petitioner before the authority concerned for his transfer either at Varanasi or nearby adjoining districts, but no decision has yet been taken. Hence, this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's claim shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances and considering the extreme hardships highlighted by the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.1 to accord sympathetic consideration to petitioner's claim, noticed above, and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
