In response of the order dated 13.8.2019, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions dated 06.9.2019 sent by the District Supply Officer, Gorakhpur appending therewith the decision dated 25.5.2019. The instruction is taken on record. A copy of the instruction is given to learned counsel for the applicant.
Consequently, the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
