Heard Sri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
After pointing out the order at page 38 of the writ petition, the petitioner's Counsel has requested that he does not press for reasoned order. He prays for an alternative oral prayer to direct the Commissioner, Jhansi, to decide his appeal as expeditiously as possible.
Commissioner, Jhansi, shall decide the appeal of the petitioner, being appeal no.00586 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible as the period of externment would get over by March, 2021. Hence, he shall decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible but not later than 28.2.2021.
We have not entered into the merit as on perusing of record, we do not find any reason to interfere with the reasoned order dated 21.10.2020 passed by Commissioner, Jhansi Region, Jhansi, refusing to grant interim protection to the petitioner.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
