The prayer in this petition is to command the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to provide security and protection to the petitioner against the Respondent No. 7.
From the averments made in the writ petition it does not appear that the petitioner has lodged any first information report against the Respondent No.7. Rather it appears that there is a non cognizable report against the petitioner.
Under the circumstances, we decline to entertain this petition, at this stage.
In case any untoward incident occurs, it will be open to the petitioner to report the incident as per law and seek for protection, if desired.
Subject to above, the petition is dismissed.
