The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.T201802030801907 of 2018 (Ram Shiromani & Ors. Vs. Ram Prasad & 38 Ors.) under section 229-B of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Meja, District Allahabad may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T201802030801907 of 2018 (Ram Shiromani & Ors. Vs. Ram Prasad & 38 Ors.) be decided within a period of eight months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
