The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondents to trace out the missing son of the petitioner.
It appears that a missing report was lodged in the year 2016 and when appropriate action was not taken, Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.26954 of 2018 was filed which was disposed off vide order dated 26.09.2018 with a direction upon the investigating agency to ensure conclusion of the investigation. When the investigation was not concluded, it appears, a contempt petition was filed. Thereafter, the police concluded the investigation and submitted a final report.
Under the circumstances, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, he may file a protest petition in the court concerned.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
