Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Court No.2, Kanpur Nagar to decide Original Suit No.3030 of 2010 (Sri ram Sharma (since deceased) and another Vs. Smt. Rukmani Devi and others) within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that issues in the proceeding have been framed and the petitioner is an old lady and the case is being adjourned from one date to other.
Be that as it may, considering that the matter is about eight years old, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction upon the court concerned to ensure that in absence of any legal impediment the suit proceedings are brought to its logical conclusion in accordance with law without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
