JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 65
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 15827 of 2007 Petitioner :- Ram Sharan Respondent :- State of U.P. and Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Alpana Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent :- Govt. Advocate
Hon'ble Vivek Kumar Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State and also perused the record.
The petitioner, through the present petition, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer for quashing the impugned order dated 25.8.2007 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No.6, District Etawah in Criminal Revision No.277 of 2007, Smt.Ramvati Vs. State of U.P. & others.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the court below has passed the impugned order without application of his mind in a very routine and mechanical manner without going into the merits of the case and prevailing law.
Learned AGA has submitted that the court below has rightly passed the impugned order after considering the merits of the case, there is no illegality incorrectness or impropriety in the order impugned.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the order impugned as well as the material brought on record, this Court is of the view that the learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any good ground which may warrant interference by this Court for quashing the order impugned.
The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
There is is no order as to costs.
Order Date :- 28.11.2019 IA
