This petition is accordingly not liable to be entertained as necessary papers in support of the plea are not available. Learned counsel for the petitioner is, therefore, permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh after annexing all relevant documents.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
