Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

The petitioner contends that there are certain medical claim benefits relating to the petitioner's wife which are pending consideration before the respondents. Sri Pradeep Kumar has accepted notice on behalf of Respondents.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
