Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party no.1, Shri Amit Kumar Diwedi and Shri Ram Pratap Singh Chauhan, who have filed Vakalatnamas on behalf of opposite party nos.2 to 4 (taken on record).
Since the point involved in the present case is trivial in nature, so with the consent of parties' counsel, writ petition is being decided at the admission stage.
Notices to the opposite party nos.5 and 6 are dispensed with.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction from this Court for deciding the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2019 and 13.06.2019, annexed as Annexure Nos.2 and 3 to the writ petition, which are pending.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner moved an application for providing the sewer connection to the house of the petitioner, for which, he has already deposited the requisite amount but till date sewer connection has not been provided to the house of the petitioner.
At this stage, Shri Ram Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party nos.3 and 4 submits that the representation of the petitioner which is pending would be considered and decided by speaking and reasoned order within a time prescribed by this Court.
In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.4 to decide the representation of the petitioner, which is pending, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order by way of speaking and reasoned order.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
