JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mrs. Saroj Yadav,J.
Having regard to the nature of dispute, which appears to have given rise to lodging of these two First Information Reports, one which the subject matter of Writ Petition No. 17856(MB) of 2021 and other which the subject matter of Writ Petition No.17542(MB) of 2021, the Court expresses its trust in the parties being lawyers to settle their dispute amongst themselves.
List this case on 28.10.2021, by which date, Court expects that parties shall come to terms.
Interim order granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date of listing.
We also provide that in case parties fail to settle their dispute or evolve some compromise, the Court shall proceed accordingly.
