The petitioner is a convict prisoner has preferred this petition for writ to have parole to support his wife who is said to be suffering from serious diseases. Before approaching this Court the petitioner has not submitted any application to the competent authority to have parole on the count aforesaid.
In view of that, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed.
The petitioner is however at liberty to move an application before the competent authority to have parole on the temporary suspension of sentence as the case may be.
