1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent nos. 2 and 4 to release the balance amount in favour of the petitioners for constructing their houses under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna Gramin, within stipulated time.
3. From the perusal of paper book, it reflects that certain amounts have been released in favour of petitioners and thereafter balance amount was not released in their favour, for which, the petitioners have made representation dated 03.03.2020. The authority concerned shall decide the said representation of the petitioners within eight weeks and if they are found entitled to the remaining amount, the same shall be disbursed to them as per law.
4. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
5. It goes without saying that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case.
