In response of the order dated 1.8.2019, Shri Yatindra, Advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1 has placed on record the instructions dated 18.4.2019 appending therewith the order dated 5.9.2019 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Sonbhadra. The instruction is taken on record. A copy of the instruction is given to learned counsel for the applicant.
Consequently, nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
This order has been passed with due assistance of Shri S.K. Verma, Advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
