Considering the order proposed to be passed and as the opposite parties would also be interested in expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Court below, issuance of notice to private opposite party is dispensed with.
The petitioner herein seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings bearing Case No. 201808300602193; Ram Shankar Vs. Gaon Sabha and Anr. under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code which are said to be pending since 2017.
Let the Court concerned consider and decide the aforesaid proceedings considering all relevant pleas which may have been raised and are permissible in law, say, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
