JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J.
Notice on behalf of opposite party Nos.1 to 6 has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
For the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, issuance of notice to private respondent Nos. 7 to 12 is dispensed with.
The writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 19.01.2021 passed by O. P. No.2, contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.1 & 5 i.e. District Magistrate & Superintendent of Police, District Amethi respectively to initiate enquiry against the O.P. No.7, 8 & 9 against their illegal action, in the interest of justice.
(iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties, not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over his parental land, in the interest of justice.
(iv) issue a writ, order or direction in any nature which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
(v) award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioners."
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party Nos.3, 4 and 6 have helped opposite party No.10 on extraneous considerations to take over the possession over the land in question which is disputed.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for opposite party Nos. 1 to 6, on the other hand, submits that the opposite party No.10 has got a sale deed duly executed in her favour and her name has also been mutated in the revenue records, as such has a right to get the possession.
Considering the submissions made by the parties' counsel and going through the record, the writ petition, at this stage, is disposed of, with the consent of parties' counsel, with the observation that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any act of opposite party Nos.3, 4 and 6, he may make a complaint against them before the concerning higher authorities and the said concerning higher authorities shall consider and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
