Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ram Babu Yadav for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no.4 as also learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to comply the order dated 06.08.2018 passed by respondent no.2 in Case No.T20181667601828 under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that although an order of demarcation has been passed in his favour on 06.08.2018, the actual boundary marks had not been erected by respondents till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure that the boundary marks are erected within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before them provided that there is no legal impediment to the same.
