Petitioner is claiming promotion to the post of Assistant Clerk in Shri Khojwa Rashtriya Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Khojwa Bazar, Varanasi. It appears that claim of the petitioner has already been accepted by the District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi pursuant to an order passed by this Court in Writ A No. 3210 of 2018. Grievance is that despite an order passed, in that regard, on 09.04.2018, the authority concerned has not passed consequential orders. Repeated representations, made in that regard, are stated to have remained pending. It is also stated that directions have also been issued by the District Inspector of Schools to the Management of the Institution on 06.07.2018 for providing necessary records in that regard.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to take necessary action in light of his previous order, as would be warranted in law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Needless to say that before passing any order, an opportunity of hearing would be afforded to the respondent nos. 3 & 4 as well.
