This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 27.6.2018 by which the interim order as was prayed for by the petitioner was rejected saying that proceedings had been stayed in writ petition no. 31650/2017.
The writ petition No. 31650/2017 has been decided today itself and, therefore, the trial Court can now proceed to pass suitable orders on the application for temporary injunction.
It is, therefore, directed that the application in suit no. T2014141801457 of 2013 filed by the petitioner shall be now decided within a period of 10 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
