JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared.
Learned standing counsel appeared and accepted notice for opposite party no.2.
Special counsel Shri Vikas Vikram Singh holding brief of Shri I.B. Singh appeared for opposite parties no. 2 and 3 and accepted notices.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned standing counsel and special counsel on application for interim relief.
By filing this writ petition the petitioner has prayed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to refund illegally deducted amount from the salary of the petitioner and to pay the salary per month to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3 submitted that petitioner is being paid salary regularly and has been paid salary up to May, 2014.
Counter affidavit regarding factual position shall be filed by opposite parties no.2 and 3 within a week.
List on 28.6.2014 for hearing on interim relief.
