Heard Sri A.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to pursue the remedy by means of execution of the decree already standing in favour of the petitioner or pursue the remedy as may be available before the authority concerned.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
