By order dated 7.11.2017, in Writ C No.52128 of 2017 this Court directed the concerned District Magistrate to pass appropriate orders on the application of the applicant within three months.
Sri P.K.Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on instructions from opposite party, has placed on record an order dated 23.08.2018 passed by him in purported compliance of the direction issued by the writ Court deciding the application of the applicant. A copy of the said order has also been made available to the learned counsel for the applicant.
Since, a decision in due compliance of the order of the writ Court has already been taken, therefore, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
