Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"[I] Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing respondent No.1, Principal Judge Family Court, Bhadohi at Gyanpur to decide the Case No.372 of 2019 (Ramsanehi Vs. Sharda) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before him, within stipulated period of time granted by this Hon'ble Court."
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since 2019, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No.1, Principal Judge Family Court, Bhadohi at Gyanpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
