Issue notice to the respondents who are not represented by the counsel.
Until furthers of the Court, the operation of the impugned award dated 1.11.2008 passed by the MACT/Additional District Judge, Court NO.15, Allahabad in MACP No.890 of 1998 shall remain stayed provided the appellants deposit 3/4 of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to the court below for adjustment.
The claimant (award holders) will be entitled to lift the amount without any security.
The auction of the tractor of the appellants' may not take place and may be released only after the aforesaid amount is deposited.
