Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The appellant no. 1 Ram Sanehi died on 25.11.2010 leaving behind his legal heirs mentioned in the application. The copy of death certificate is annexed with the affidavit. The application is allowed. In front of the name of Ram Sanehi, the word dead be mentioned and Ashok Kumar, Sarvesh Kumar and Suresh Kumar be impleaded as appellant nos. 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3. The substitution be carried out within two weeks.
