The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction Paper No.7-C (2) pending in Original Suit No.87 of 2014 as well as the suit itself expeditiously.
The suit in question has been instituted by the petitioner. According to him, the defendants have entered appearance and had filed their written statement. However, the application for temporary injunction has not been disposed of so far. The petitioner is stated to be a senior citizen.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
