Shri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has received instructions from the opposite party vide communication dated 18 January 2019, and submits that the order of Writ Court has been complied, in respect of Plot No. 159, the demarcation could not be carried out as the plot is submerged. It is informed that the demarcation of the plot, on the consent of the applicant, would be carried out by the authorities in the month of May, 2019. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, application is consigned to record.
