Sri M.P. Singh, Advocate has put in appearance for respondent nos.2 to 4 and states that the petitioner has already availed of the remedy by filing a representation/appeal, which is pending adjudication. In this regard, reference has been made to communication dated 04.8.2012, which is retained on record.
Let specific instructions be taken within two days from today.
I have taken note of the fact that in para 12 of the writ petition it has been specifically asserted that the petitioner has no other equally efficacious remedy.
In case, the petitioner has already availed of a remedy, it is clearly a mis-statement of fact.
