Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ, order of or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the case No. 362/1772/194/123/2009 Ram Sajiwan Vs. Khalil Ahmad filed under section 34 L.R. Act for mutation of the Gata No. 1177 Kha/0.1130 area about 18 Sq.m., which is pending from 2009 to till today within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2009.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
