The provisional assessment was served upon the petitioner on 01.10.2018. The petitioner has already submitted his objections. The said objections may be decided by the authority concerned within next ten days from today.
For a period of ten days from today, no coercive measures may be taken against the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
A copy of the order may be given to Shri R.S. Umrao, Advocate holding brief of Shri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the Power Corporation within next 24 hours for communication and necessary compliance.
