Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State and Sri Diwakar Singh for Gaon Sabha.
The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Sub Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, Distt. Allahabad, respondent no. 2 to decide Revenue Appeal No. 53 of 2013 (Ram Sajeevan Mohd. Wasif and others) under Section 210 of Land Revenue Act, within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal of the petitioner is pending since 1.5.2013 and same may be decided within the stipulated time.
The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.
Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, Distt. Allahabad, respondent no. 2 to decide the Revenue Appeal No. 53 of 2013 (Ram Sajeevan Mohd. Wasif and others) under Section 210 of Land Revenue Act, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority, in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment.
