JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of respondents - 1 to 3 has been accepted by Chief Standing Counsel and on behalf of respondents - 4 and 5 has been accepted by Sri Siddhartha Varma and Sri Ashutosh Kumar Singh.
Counsel for the respondents is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks thereafter is allowed for rejoinder affidavit.
List in week commencing 16th August, 2016.
Till next date of listing, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to their possession and nature of the land in dispute.
