The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 16.5.2016, order dated 22.9.2017 and order dated 11.5.2018 passed by Consolidation Officer, Settlement Officer of Consolidation and Deputy Director of Consolidation whereby the claim of the petitioner in relation to Plot no.190 has been rejected. Plot No.190 is not the original holding of the petitioner and during the consolidation proceedings the same was reserved for public purposes. The impugned orders relate to allotment of Chaks and have been passed in proceedings under Section 20 of the U.P.Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. (hereinafter referred to as Act, 1953). There is no equity in favour of the petitioner regarding the plot which was not his original holding and there is no violation of any principle prescribed in Section 19 of the Act, 1953.
There is no illegality in the impugned orders passed by the consolidation authorities. The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
