The prayer in the present petition is to issue direction to the court below to decide the temporary injunction application (6-C application) pending in Original Suit No.1409 of 2018 (Ram Ratan v. Anil & Ors.) within stipulated period.
A perusal of the order sheet brought on record by means of the supplementary affidavit filed today shows that the plaintiff/petitioner was directed to do pairvi for service of summons upon defendant by both the ways vide order dated 6.11.2018 which was the last date fixed in the matter. In none of the paragraph of the present petition as also the supplementary affidavit, it is indicated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the plaintiff/petitioner had taken steps for service of summons upon the defendants as directed by the court below.
In the said scenario, no direction can be given. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
