This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay the post retiral benefits of the petitioner.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Draftsman on 31.10.2015, but his post retiral dues has not been paid till today. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the Chief Account Officer (respondent-5) and Executive Engineer (respondent-7) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before them.
