Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 31.01.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.304 of 2019 (Ram Raj v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 27.07.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the in lieu of Arazi No.187 rakba 0.036 hect. of the applicant, which was taken for expansion of road, Arazi No.200 rakba 7 dis. (navin parti land) has been given to the applicant and as such it is contended that the writ Court order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
