JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Surendra Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel or the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has lodged a F.I.R. against the private respondents, which has been registered as case crime no. 5 of 2011, under sections 302, 504 IPC, section 3(2)5 S.T.S.T. Act and section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, police station Mahewa Ghat, District Kaushambi the respondent-authorities are not making proper investigation.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction that the Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi, respondent no.2, shall look into the matter and ensure that proper investigation is conducted in the F.I.R. in question.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
