Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.160 of 2018 under Sections 304, 323 I.P.C., Police Station- Manda, District- Allahabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
The applicant is main accused in the incident in question and eye witness during the course of investigation had stated that the deceased was hit by a blunt objection (rod) on his head by the applicant, which had caused his death.
However, learned AGA and learned counsel appearing for the opposite party opposed the prayer for bail and submit that the prosecution version is duly supported by the postmortem examination report.
No case for grant of bail is made out.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
