JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order dated 07.10.2010 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jhansi in Case No. 62 of 2010 by which he has directed the applicant to appear before the court concerned and submit his reply to the show cause notice.
In view of the above, I am of the opinion that no case for interference with the impugned order is made out. The application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
