Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The instant petition has been filed for violation of the order dated 16 February 2012. Along with compliance affidavit, a chart has been filed regarding payment to the applicant towards arrears of salary, promotion pay scale etc.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that increment, HRA & CCA has not been paid.
Be that as it may, this Court in contempt jurisdiction would not enter into disputed questions of facts. In case applicant is aggrieved, he may take appropriate remedy by making specific pleadings of his entitlement before appropriate forum.
With the aforesaid observations, contempt petition stands consigned to record.
